It is designed to help Project Managers be more confident and efficient in their roles, and to be more in control of the projects they are managing. The workshop teaches practical PM skills that are straightforward to implement and can be engaged immediately. The focus is on skills development - not on the theory of Project Management. The course has been designed to benefit Project Managers, Project Team Leaders, and people who are about to step into a Project Management or Project Leadership role. Upon completion, participants will be better equipped to plan and manage projects. Participants also benefit from spending a day with their peers -the interactive nature of the workshop ensures that participants get a flavour of the different ways that others in their field meet everyday PM challenges.
