Product Development Management – PDM-201 Training Programme.

PDM-201 is two-and-a-half-day workshop targeted at project leaders and technical managers or business leaders of development groups and organisations seeking to implement ‘best practise’ methods in product and service development.

 

Module 2.0 - The Stakeholder Team

As directors over several projects, the stakeholder team makes the final investment decision on every project. This senior team accepts or rejects the core team’s recommendations at each project review phase and can redirect projects from a strategic perspective.

In this module we examine ways to identify the weaker projects earlier. We also look beyond the development cycle at the management of existing products, their replacements, and the customer exposure.
