Product
Development Management – PDM-03 Training Programme.
|

This
introductory programme outlines an effective and proven approach to new
product and process development. Based on world-class
practices PDM-03 offers an overview of this 360° approach. The
programme is available as a stand-alone introductory session. Alternatively,
it can be an extension of PDM-201 programme, whereby, in addition, the plans
developed in the workshops are reviewed with the
proposed team members. Who should attend: Those interested only in understanding the principles and concepts of the 360° approach, we offer a half-day introductory programme. Core team members and stakeholder
team members. Delegates whose colleagues have successfully completed
PDM-201 and are preparing to implement the product
development management programme for the first time. Duration: 0.5 days. Course
Objectives: At the end of the course,
participants will have a basic understanding of the development process for a
specific new product or service development. The
participant will understand: ·

Key success parameters to gauge the new process. Follow-up
Each
participant will schedule a follow-up contact with the course provider. We review
progress and review outstanding issues. Additional
consultation and facilitation of individual processes is available if
required. Individual or group workshops may also be organised. The 2.5-day
workshop PDM-201 is an excellent follow-on to this introductory course, for
those interested in developing and implementing the process in their
